RedScrape provides datacenter, residential, mobile, and related proxy infrastructure on a subscription or pay-as-you-go basis. Features, pricing, geographic coverage, and performance characteristics may change as we improve the platform.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services for lawful business purposes in accordance with these Terms and your selected plan.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping credentials confidential. Activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use RedScrape for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity, including but not limited to:

• Violating applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Sending spam, malware, phishing, or conducting credential stuffing or brute-force attacks.
• Accessing systems or data without authorization.
• Interfering with the integrity or availability of RedScrape or other networks.
• Reselling or sublicensing services except where explicitly permitted in writing.
• Circumventing technical limits, authentication, or abuse controls.

Billing and payments

Fees are charged according to the plan you select. Usage-based products are billed on measured consumption. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a promotion. Failed payments may result in suspension until the balance is resolved.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream provider issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary degradation. Credits or remedies, if any, are provided at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.

Intellectual property

RedScrape retains all rights in the platform, branding, documentation, and software. You retain rights in your own data and applications. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.

Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedScrape will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid to RedScrape in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security risk, or fail to pay amounts due. You may close your account at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to RedScrape's place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be communicated through the website or by email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
